Sweety how do you survive eating that just once a day?

Just a little advice even though you havn't asked for any......if you want to keep yourself in shape, why not eat a healthy meal and try getting into some sort of excercise routine. You may be losing weight now but you are damaging your body on the longer run. You body need specific nutrients, not sure what choker rusk actually contains so can't comment on that too much but it doesn't sound like a healthy way of living.

I think choker is wholewheat. I also heard or read that KAreena did power yoga which helps a lot. But again if you lose 5-10lbs with choker rusk thing how the heck are you going to keep them off once you are back to your normal routine. So it all boils down to eating in moderation and exercising
