my mom does fry them when she makes bhujia or keema karaylay at times..but she leaves them out on kitchen paper roll so that it can soak all the oil :)

You should boil them instead of frying them, they even taste better. What kind of salan do you need? I like stuffed karele and daal karele. Dunn like any veg with meat.

Slice them…chilli powder..tumeric..salt..then a few spoons of oil mix em up and grill them…the healthy way and it tastes great! :k:

i mean chanay ki daal karailay, qeema karailay,
and also the qeema bharay karailay.....my mom makes them
....i bought some karailay today and if no one tells me they'll go bad ......

Karalay with lots onion…boil them?..will it remove the bitter taste of it through boiling?

You mean it won’t taste bitter this way…I always thought that deep frying them would remove their bitter taste…are you sure it tastes great?

i guess it depends on the way you make it and the ingredients as well.
