Karachi's business is dying at the hands of extortionists (and police and government)

Re: Karachi’s business is dying at the hands of extortionists (and police and governm

The thing is extortion was introduced in Karachi by mqm itself, as far as i know their rank and file are still collecting bhatta. Therefore when they raise voice against their own main source of revenue it seems very hollow.

When during the past few years pashtuns started dying, poor people, laborers, i was fearful that if they respond the situation will get out of control. The tactics of mqm forced pashtuns to unite under the banner of anp, the same anp which couldn’t even secure one seat in the city has become a major stake holder thanks to them. In 2008, pashtuns had their votes registered in record numbers to vote for anp.

Anyways they are sitting with people’s party in both federal and provincial governments and still crying wolf? Why don’t the resign and come out openly on this issue?

A few days back Director education kmc was killed and the media tried to portray it as a murder related to his job, but his relatives ( i know his son very well) claims he has been killed by mqm since he was a pashtun, now his younger son is being threatened.
