They own the manufacturing and supply all over the country, they do have a few corporate stores. They make from yarn to fabric to garments and have many other businesses. They have acquired their Canadian Citizenship also and his children live in Toronto so he comes to visit Toronto almost every year.

Thats is really impressive Uncle. Do they have franchise in India as well? The video was great. Full of colour and song was great too. They must be very popular to have it be on hadiqa kiani’s youtube and to have Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s tabla player as well.

I am not sure, In my days people used to take those to India for resale. They might be the largest manufacturers in Pak.

Pre-partition Karachi was secular as the video says- mainly managed by the honest community of Parsies. Muslim majority rule spoiled Karachi.

Tram was not abandoned due to law and order but because of the increase in other form of road traffic.
