Some info about karachi wedding..

I just called a few Salons, n venues for rates etc.. i thought to share information with u.. hope its helpful for some.. :)

Creek Club

they dont do direct booking.. u have to book creek club through their members.. yani ap ke kisi bhi relative ya friend ke membership hone chayae us ke reference se ap ke booking hoge..

for 350 people or above they have arrangement in lawn,.. they got two halls.. out of which one can ammodate 175 person n other 300.. they charge 60,000-80,000 just for the lawn, .. catering ke alag charges hian jo ke menu pe depend karta hia aur wohe log decoration kartay hian..

they got 11 caterers in their panel.. u can choose any of them.. wohe log food n decor arrangement kartay hain..

PC

they charge 775/person + tax for the basic menu.. it includes all the charges yani hall, catering, decoration etc.. stage ke agar ap ne special koi effects dene hain to extra charge hoga aur drinks ke alag charges hian..

Regent plaza

Rs. 700/person plus tax for their basic menu.. aur 1250/person tak ke menus hian in ke pass.. it includes all decor, food etc charges.. iss mai bhi stage n drinks ke ap ko alag dene paraingay..

cistre's at sheraton

17000 for weekdays..

18000 for weekends or public holidays..

Owner=Ruksana.. she does the makeup..

service charges = 3500..ye alag se dene paraingay ap ko..

trial ab ye log nai detay.. she said pahle detay thay par ab nai.

Ravissant at Avari

15000 for barat n valima..kisi bhi din ke leye.. same rates hian..

3000 for services jo alag se pay karne paraingay.. it includes.. full bodywax, pedicure, menicure, threading, herbal facial..

owner=MRs. Daulat .. par woh kudh makeup nai karteen..

expert unke hain 3 jo makeup karte hian par she said Seema is the best one..

Calton ke bhi charges aise hey hongay arround 700-800rs/person for basic menu..

^ I heard that carlton also provide a complimentry Limo ride if the couple stay there for the night, but I'm not entirely sure.

what bout prices of the different lawns in khi?
r there segregated lawns (male-female separate)?

if u want seperate system u can get it.. if u want combined then they arrange that as well.. prices start from 15k (just for the lawn)..

the few that Iv'e heard of (in that strip of road in nazimabad with a kazillion lawns) are around 90 K+. But ther are others that Ive heard of for a lot, lot less. Be sure to know that if you segregate the lawn, it reduces the seating capacity by about 50.

i would like to add here ,that there are mannnnnnny lawnss... which are huge and u can ask for catering and decorations of ur choice,
if u want them to do it they will do
if u dont want just hire a lawn i.e open air grass ground huge place (the basic location)and can put ur own decorators and caterers.. i think this is the best thing to have nice well decorated shadi and less expensive.
