Armed factions are not out in open. So it will be very difficult for army to actually find out where the arms are hidden. Only a search operation can do it.

Khoji its only be possible with army precence and long durtion control of Army, a house to house search and tighty security check points all exits entrance of city, ban on all kind of gatherings for a while and ofcourse not only for a limited group or race but all, gehun ke sath ghun bhi pise ga lekin there is no other way left, no poltical solution of current situtation, becoz there is no body playing fair game.
