I m tottaly agree with arshad5 here. MQM’s senator Babar Khan Ghauri is federal minister for Ministry of Ports and Shipping since 2004. He is mainly responible for the developments of new ports in pakistan. For Gawadar port, his performance is zero so far.

In any performance based system he would have been dismissed. However the good senator is clever and competent, so we can assume that he senator is only following the policies of MQM.
