If you want other parties to win NA seats from Karachi (other MQM and PPP) you have to make special but un-natural constituencies in Karachi.

other parties have won seats from karachi in the past.In 2002 elections MQM lost 8 karachi NA seats to PPP,JI and haqiqi.
