To achieve this - you need to do amemedment in the constitution or whatever law relates to election. Give Karachi a special status and hold elections on “mutanasib naumangdi” or divide Karachi’s area on ethinic basis!!!

Looks like Bhai’s plan. Do you think this ill conceived plan will work? Absolute no. Only plan works is bring Naseerulah Babur back in action. Cleanse Karachi from terrorists by searching house to house for illegal arms. Start this action from 90 and propogate diagonally so that whole Karachi is covered. Spend billions of dollars on that it is worth. Bring Karachi back to normal like sixties and seventies. If it takes year or so, so be it. It should be done without delay.
