though i'vent been there yet ... but i've heard its quite Good ....

Then theres new Dine In Resturant at Johar ... its kewl too ...

I dont know how old is *Arizona Grill *.......... but its famous for its stakes ......

n Guns n Smoke .... for its western Cow Boy style ..... where waiters wore Cow Boy dress.....

i have had niahri from all the places mentioned but will agree with arjay bhai that sabri is tops by a huge margin (btw my info is dated..i have not been to pak in 10 years), i liked sohail and javed as well.

I forget the place in fb area which makes kick ass sheermaal, right around there, some place had kick ass nihri as well, not sabri level but def good.

anyways, why is nihari nto good for you? how is it any different than any other meat dish?

so no one has told me why nihari is any worse then qorma for example. I mean yeah I can see in hyderabdai style maghaz nihari thatthe cholestrol is high, but in nihari u just use meat, is teh cut of meat a fatty cut?

bong aka shank isnt that actually low i fat and thats why it has to be cooked for a long time on low heat. if that is the case then the nihari meat on its own is better than other cuts

hmmm have not seen them, have bought dawn nes which were decent.

but man freshly made ones cant be beaten. especially haji mehfooz ones..

Yea haji mehfooz ones .... they are bit dare and pricey .. like a packet of them , which consists Three sheermaal comes in 5 euro ....

but then who looks for the price when ya are having haji mehfooz 's sheermaals ....

I agree , those frozen kinds cannot beat the freshly made ones. I have tried those frozen Mahfooz brand, they do not come close to the freshly baked ones.
