The police is under that government that belongs to the same sect as of mourners. So everything makes sense now? Besides the CCTV footage on the media and that available on youtube shows everything that who were burning the city.

Because 'mourners' have been exposed by the CCTV footage shown on the media and to the concerned departments. The government is under pressure of public as well as the victims of Boulton Market etc.

People who torched properties are not known at all. Video footage is a weak evidence. No one knows who they were.

Actually CCPO Karachi said on TV that the anti terrorist court didn't take the case of these terrorists as there was not evidence enough to file a terrorism charge, so they referred such cases to Normal Courts.
The bomb blasts in Karachi since 8 to 10 Moharram used different material, not used by Taliban.
