Re: Justice Javed Iqbal abandons ex-CJ Iftikhar - accepts new job from Musharraf
So, EX CJ and some others judges that took the oath under the PCO are now stopping others from taking the oath? Interesting.
Aalsi, ex-CJ, Bhagwandas, Ramday have not only tried to stop the present judges from taking an oath on the PCO, with the same mouth they are saying they themselves are not ashamed of taking an oath on the PCO previously! Hypocrisy at it's best.

Why can't you stand up and say wrong is wrong and right is right. Why you have to resort to this twisted logic time and again trying to justify a wrong with past wrong. Then again to do that one must have some moral courage, and I am sure you still don't have it....
They can't distinguish good from bad until some govt official issues a statement and justifies a bad with whatever reasoning which they will keep parroting without thinking about it.

Aalsi. if we go by the legal purist argument then no PCO judge had any legitimacy or decency previously. Hence, the likes of Iftikhar, Bhagwandas, Ramday etc who took the PCO in 2000 had no self respect, as they sold their souls to devil to keep their jobs (or get promoted). They were a stain on legal profession, and deserved nothing but contempt. But that argument is only used for those judges who have taken the PCO now, and not the judges previously. So you see the argument now is one of selective legal purity. :)

To Ramday's credit, he did say he was not ashamed to have taken oath under PCO?
