I have very tall women 5'11 almost 6ish to very short like 4'5ish in both maika and susral, nobody seems content with their height, but FGS I think as long we are healthy things like height should be the least of anybody's worries.

and deres no need to change!!! heels can always serve us the purpose ;) and ps i normally get awesome clothes at affordable rates because they are available in pieces too lol :D so u know its fun :)

Most cosmetic surgery is reversible.
Also, even if permanent, there is a difference of opinion on it's permissability (hence Tehran being the nose-job capital of the world lol), some say it's not allowed, some say it's ok. The whole debate of 'changing Allah's creation' can encompass so many things eg changing hair colour is allowed (apart from black) and so is the wearing of coloured contact lenses even tho it changes our appearance and also allowed is correcting a 'deformity' such as an abnormally large or crooked nose or breasts that are too large. It's all pretty subjective, I mean correcting a so-called 'deformity' to one person can be seen as pure vanity by someone else which is why there tends to be so much confusion on this topic.
'Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: Removing faults is permissible. Hence the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) allowed the one whose nose had been cut off in battle to wear a nose made of gold. The matter is broader in scope than that, as it also covers issues of beautification and cosmetic surgery. That which is done to remove a fault is permissible, such as if a person has some crookedness in his nose and he straightens it, or he removes a black spot, for example. There is nothing wrong with that. But if it is not done to remove a fault, such as tattooing and plucking eyebrows, for example, then this is forbidden. '

thank you Deeba Ji for ur valuable info. i wud say if a deformity is such that it makes one's life miserable in the sense that ther person becomes a laughing stock of the ignorants then one can go ahead and have the needed surgery. but suppose some one had a a nose thats not as beautiful as he/she wud desire and then goes ahead and gets the perfect nose job then i think its not permissoible coz u can lead a normal life and u won't be a laughing stock.
