That and the sudden ‘collapse’ and ‘disappearance’ of all Iraqi resistance.. a couple of brigades of Elite Republican guards cannot just ‘mix’ in the crowds.
Add to it the fact that like OBL, Saddam was once (and who knows has always been) a puppet of the USA. Just like OBL and Mullah Omar he managed to bring a country to the point where they were better off being ‘liberated’ from him by a foreign power.
If the idiot was going to run like a little girl soon as the American's marched into Baghdad...why didn't he just go into exile earlier and would have saved his nation and innocent Iraqi's from complete destruction.... oh yeah...perhaps because the sick retard probably get a high off of seeing children die....

Iraqi president Saddam Hussein may be negotiating an eleventh-hour deal that could see him exiled to a safe country.
Speculation has rife as to whether Saddam Hussein is dead, alive, staying with his government or fleeing. In the last few minutes Lebanese television has reported that he is in the safety of the Russian embassy.

Iran Media Leaks Secret Deal Behind Demise Of Baghdad

An Iranian news agency close to top conservative military figures attributed the fall of Baghdad to a secret tripartite agreement between Saddam Hussain, Russia and the US.
According to the Baztab agency, 13 days after the start of the war, Saddam and Russian intelligence allegedly pledged to hand over Baghdad with minimal resistance to allied forces provided they spared the lives of Saddam and a hundred of his close relatives. The US, for its part, promised to safely send Saddam and his entourage to a third country.
Baztab added that Mohammed Saeed Al Sahaf, Iraqi Information Minister, was instructed to stay in Baghdad until the very last moments to lend the impression that everything in Saddam’s camp was under control. The agency also claimed that Russia gained $5 billion to orchestrate this agreement.
Iran’s state TV, which is under the supervision of the supreme leader, also attributed the fall of Baghdad to a secret deal between coalition forces and the deposed Iraqi president. It aired the fall of Baghdad without showing scenes of Iraqis dancing in the streets. Iran’s supreme leader, Ali Khamenei, said there are serious questions surrounding Saddam’s demise.
I read a similar report two days ago on some russian website. I'm no believer of conspiracy theories but it does all look like really convenient string of coincidences, you know, no one put up a fight, no member of saddam regime to be seen anywhere from the beginning of the war etc
