i personally think girls should stay away from married men...i understand u work with him, go to school with him but respect the boundaries, meaning dont talk to him unnecessarily. if its a work related issue talk to him at work. but if you're single and there's a slight bit chance that u enjoy flirting with him..uhm stay away. dont be a homewrecker.

well, i know a lot of co-workers that are married men with children. its normal to make friends with them when you work together. that does not mean that im going to try n seduce them cuz thats just wrong. making friends is one thing and not understanding the barriers of marriage and commitment is another.

I think its easier to be friends with them if they're married and have kids. Why? Because there is no chance the relationship will be anything more than platonic...at least from my side.
That being said, I do think a certain distance should be maintained so you don't end up being the friend his wife despises. The last thing I would want is to cause marital problems for someone...that would really kill me.
I actually make friends with my colleagues spouses too. Why not?

One of my closest friends is a guy... he's married with a kid now. Have known him for approx 9 years.... although at the beginning he did have a "thing" for me ....we got over that and have remained bestest friends ever... we speak 2-3 times a day... have met his wife and kid....
His wife knows that he used to like me etc etc but she is cool with it as she knows i'm not "that" type of girl!! :)
