One of my closest friends is a guy who's married with a child. I've met his wife/son plenty of times. In fact, just yesterday, my BF and I had brunch with him/his wife/son.
I have several other guy friends who have girlfriends....I've met their girlfriends and their GF's know that I have a BF. So far, I've never had any issues.
