You are confusing yourself

The pagal guy in jail used to ask for Toba Taik Sing CITY, NOT the dude. He used to ask about the city because his lands were there. If his lands were there, what was he doing in the mental center? Because his family put him there to snatch the lands from him. He was so worried about his land when he found out he was being sent to India becuase if they sent him to India, then he would lose all of his land that was in Toba Taik Sing CITY. TTS was that pagal’s nick because he was from there and he had so much land there.

Now, how did they name toba taik sing? Probably after some rich landlord or government official who did something for that city.

As far as you didn’t say the border was named Toba Taik Sing, jhooti kahin ki, here is the proof

Tumhain aaj tak kuch samajh aaya hai jo yeh samajh ae ga. toba tyek singh ka naam lete lete woh pagal gir gaya tha jo ke kabhee na sota tha na baithta tha, he used to stand on his feet all day and night long and finally when they sent all the mentally ill ppl to their home lands, he was suppose to be heading for india, but he found out that toba tyek singh was in pakistan and that guy died on the border and the border was named after toba tyek singh. No one knows who he was or what he did, but this guy name was bush singh but he was infatuated with toba tyek singh for some reason and used to talk about him all the time.
