By banging their heads, playing loud music and by passing the statement such as "Pakistan should become a reliable partner of India".
Junoon after this controversial statement will be marked as "A*H***s Just afternoon"

Did any one saw Salman Ahmed at Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher and others, saying yes and I agree to Gene Simmons (Another practicing jewish) statements ??????
Polar Levine is a New York based journalist and friend of Junoon who experienced 9/11 firsthand. He wrote a poem about his experience and Salman adapted that poem into this song.
**NO MORE
(LYRICS BY SALMAN AHMAD & POLAR LEVINE, MUSIC BY SALMAN AHMAD)**
In my lungs through my windows
on my head on the floor
ashes of falling hope
choking me inside these doors
stormy winds seduce the night
over newyork and karachi skies
sinking in a sea of time
mourning since 11/9
No more,I’m breathing you no more,I’m missing you no more,No more
God and money take the blame
for suicidal video games
if all that lives is born to die
love remains i wonder why
on black and white tv
red is all i see
I’m sick of spying eyes
wearing suits and secret ties
(Repeat) No More
the dream is not yet over
keep yourself alive
hold on
we may survive
I'm not a huge fan of junoon especially when they sing in english..but this song,"no more" is very catchy and has an excellent music a lil different from todays rock alternative bands..Ali azmat still needs to work on his accent but I like the desi touch, the accent as well the music stands out from all other songs here in states..
Well personally I would suggest that foreign singer (morten harket??) who sung "piya" should sing this song..it will sound alot better!!!
I disagree Sherry yaar! Whats wrong with having an accent. Now everyone cannot have a pefect American accent.
Its the Strong vocals which give Ali the competetive edge over all singers. Morten cannot have performed this song. This song has this Eastern Touch that i think only Eastern Singers can handle....

I know what you mean..the song has an eastern touch and thru out the song he shoud have been that way ..he was doing good job until the phrase balck and white tv comes along..that was little off of what he was singing..take for instance the last phrase it sounded so sweet...he gave this eastern touch and it looked natural..even the start of the song was great..lekin in the middle(black and white) it lacked strong vocals and lyrics..khud notice karna..
overall I tihnk the song is amazing..! Junoons music and ali's strong vocals especially the part where he sings the chorus "no moree"..that sounds so sweeet..
anyways Ali, morten did perfomr piya waaaay better than ali azmat..its a known fact..I'm saying on behalf of all the gora friends I have..piya also had an eastern touch..
I'm too much into rock alternative music if they want to make it big here in states, there must be two thing they have too keep in mind.. Music and vocals should stand out. Junoons music can be considered somewhat different than the local mainstream but ali azmat, despite having strong vocals is not enough. He seems to be confused. At one side he has this beautiful strong vocals and at other side his accent he"tries" so hard to have an american accent. Either stick to urdu songs or be natural..take some classes where they teach you to have a decent accent..
I really like the way salman ahmed talks..he is so natural.. Ali azmat tries so hard thas what makes it artificial..remmber his interview in VH1..hehe..
Oh by the way this song hasn't been released yet. The album is to be released in November/December. This song is courtesy of Shehryar Ahmed. Junoon's manager and good friend. Thanks Sherry bhayee!
Sherry's message:
This is Junoon's tribute song for the victims of 9/11. We want your help in getting this song out to the American public. You are free to make copies of this song and send it your local radio stations, TV stations, newspapers, get it on the MP3 sites, to show that a band from Pakistan cares about the tragedy and condemns terrorism.
Make sure that whoever you give the song to, you give them the lyrics as well as the background of the song.
I think Junoon's trying a little too hard with the American public about September 11th. I mean i appraise the fact that they've done countless concerts in the NYC area and around the nation after September 11th, but come on, there are other tragedies that have taken place since then. Just to name one would be the Gujrat tragedy in India.
The Gujrat tragedy doesnt concern Pakistanis. Thats India's problem. On the other hand Pakistanis were given a bad rep. due to the September 11th incidence.
And besides that, BOth Salman and Brian are New Yorkers. And Junoon as a whole spends most of there time in NYC.
What an f’n senseless and decrepid fool!
You have no right to say what happens to other fellow muslims is just
a national problem. Its people like you who don’t give a damn and allow
tragedies to occur without notice.
I never said they should. But you did say that they shouldn’t because what happens in gujrat should be of no concern to pakistanis. So why do we need the double standards here? If they are truly a global mouthpiece, then sing in favor of Chechnya, Kashmir, Palestine, and even Gujrat. Hell, if religion has nothing to do w. their singing about topics, let them sing about Ireland, Angola, Columbia, and while they are at it the freakin economic recession. If they are the jewels that you proclaim they are. I don’t hate Junoon, in fact, they are my favorite paki band, but to make political statements out of greed of publicity is weak.
Whatever they are doing, I wish its out of the goodness in their hearts and not out of the hunger in their wallets. 9/11 is truly one of the most tragic events I’ve experienced.
And btw, I do know Im not supposed to use bad language.
And to you, my good man, there is more to the world. Break down the nationalistic fervor that supposedly reaks inside you, and you will get to know that emotions know no boundaries. Humanity exists every where in this world.
It is very easy to say all of this. What have you done about Muslims in Gujrat before pointing out fingers towards Junoon…
I am not going to argue about whatever you are talking about. But I would like to add, Muslims in India opted to stay in India and not migrate. This thing was seen by Jinnah more than 50 years ago. I hate to use this word. But they are suffering the consequences now. I feel for the people. I really do.
But I dont think Junoon has to go do a song about Gujrat. I think it was real great of them doing this song and trying to improve the image of Muslims and Pakistanis. All of us are not fanatics. And the world needs to know that…
