I use to believe Arabs were the most religious, just because they ALL cover up a lot.
... but then I learned "covering" up sometimes is to avoid "dressing" up - meaning not doing hair, like washing and combing, wearing clean clothes, etc. A long burkha on your way out makes you "look" decent but that does not mean you are clean on the inside - eeewww. :)
may b the ones u knew do it for convinience sake but i hav been brought up in Saudia n i know the dress beneath the abayas r mostly very revealing.If Saudi govt giv these ladies permission to go out without abayas they'll leave goras far behind.
