I’ve seen lots of ‘haww’, ‘haii’ on Facebook about this ad as well, I don’t like Mathira but I don’t see anything wrong with the ad. Other than this, there are no other ads spreading awareness on Pakistani channels.

The ad is really cheap. Really.
Maybe they took it in a vulgar sense as they took sana khan’s ad Ye to bara toing hay.. because both the ads are almost similar in sense of concept although the products were different. It got banned too.

It’s not vulgar but it is very suggestive I guess. I just don’t see how this ad will bring “awareness” to the masses about birth control.

It is tacky but I didnt find anything vulgar. I dont know I didnt even find the protection message coming across. Looks like its just because not many people like Mathira.

LMAO! I love it. Its tacky, suggestive and funny. It should stay on the air. No different that most condom ads around the world.

I think the ad is distasteful at so many levels. It’s promoting the contraceptive as some kind of pleasure device as you mentioned. What I got from the ad is that you can look like a dork but can make your partner happy if you use this product.

Well on the second thought, maybe the partner is happy not because of any pleasure, but for the fact that she is sure that such a dork person is prevented to be the father of her child.
