I fail to understand still, how **any **comment pro-mush by any individual pro mush is propaganda based on biases/interests and all anti commentary or antitheses works of extreme caution, impartiality and academic research…?

so numbers w/o context. corruption is def bad in Pak, but no way in hell is it close to what was faced in the 90's seems like ppl in pakistan agreed in the TI survey, I posted the results for you.

Your above report also says about Mush's period corruption. Here it what says
