i live here where every now and then men in uniform gets a boy, develop him into a leader and later calls him a traitor or security risk or a murderer or a high-jacker and hang him or send him on exile..
i live in a country where the holy cow manages to loose country and wars and battles and yet have courage to take over PM house on when and where basis
i live in a country where military runs 50 and more commercial business units…and sitting COAS is the CEO of all those businesses yet if a civilian politician is prosecuted fod having a business..
yes i live in a country where a major, a col. and a major general allow smuggling and make billions and that us during the time when all they smuggle was TNT to blast us..and these guys walk away with an early retirement…allowing them to enjoy billions they made…

^^^ LoL at above, well my friend first and foremost JIT reports needs to be accepted and validated, the report in itself is now called questionable and contents of it will be challenged. Well lets agree to disagree and more on.

You are right … JIT is not judgement.
Anyhow, raising question on JIT findings is nothing to do with NS and his team. JIT was formed to facilitate 3 judges who formed JIT. It is up to those 3 judges to accept or reject JIT findings.
It is expected (not necessary, but expected) that before giving their verdict, these 3 judges may question NS and his lawyers to clear any ambiguity … but that ambiguity is not with NS and criminal family, but ambiguity in the mind of these 3 judges (if there would be any ambiguity).
Remember, 2 judges have no ambiguity … and they already convicted Haramkhor. It was also possible that these 3 judges could have convicted Haramkhor too … but they did not … anyhow, after going through the findings of JIT, if they would get convinced, they do not have to ask any explanation from Haramkhor and could give verdict straightaway … that is all.
Remember, it is just expectation that 3 judges would ask question from Haramkhor before convicting him … though that is not necessary (as, if they would be convinced that Haramkhor has done corruption … they would give their verdict without questioning). … On the other hand, even if they would get convinced that Haramkhor is corrupt, they could still ask Haramkhor to answer.

^^ I am done on this, and no this is not how it works, an accused cant be simply punished with out contest and with out crime. We are on different planets here. Will see what happens, I am looking at a very long legal fight and nothing else.

I do not think so. I think that these 2 senior most judges convicted Haramkhor after corruption case got established, Lawyers argued for and against corruption of Haramkhor, and after these 2 judges concluded that fair trail has happened, and that Haramkhor is guilty of corruption.
3 junior judges who went for JIT also gone through same corruption case, Lawyers hearing and thus fair trial. They did not gave any judgement but differed their judgement … to be given after JIT. Haramkhor Thug did not give anything new in front of JIT, rather, JIT found many other evidences that shows, Haeamkhor is mega corrupt and Lanati … so, it would be much easy for these 3 judges to give their judgement … no need to even hear Haramkhor and his stories full of lies again. Anyhow, they can give haramkhor few hours of hearing, no so-called legal fight, but even few hours of hearing is not even necessary to convict or give final judgement. These 3 judges can give their judgement evaluating past hearings and JIT report, just like 2 judges who have already given their judgement and convicted Haramkhor of corruption.

Instead of playing shah ka wafadar, perhaps you should know that your chota leige lord Hussain Nawaz has already acknowledged the above documents.
And in the first document, Nawaz sharif used a normal passport. However, on the JAFZA verification, his diplomatic passport number is used, since that is what he held then.

Since Desert Bird mentioned … about Pakistani Ghajini in JIT … for those who do not know, Ghajini is an Indian movie where Amir Khan suffering a disease ‘Anterograde Amnesia’ … where he forgets who he is and everything about himself on and off and that happens anytime in middle of any work he is doing, hence he wrote a lot of information all over his body (to remind himself). In this condition, he was taking his revenge. It is nice movie to watch, and I think was first Indian movie to do Rs 2 billion business … and started group of Indian billion club movies … so remember that in below program, when Ghajini is mentioned … it means, during JIT, interview was getting burst of Amnesia like Ghajini used to have.
So, here is 3 (of many) programs to watch … just watch and see what these criminal haramkhors Nawaz and Ishaq Daar did and were doing with Pakistan: … Allah Pakistan ko ayesay khabeesyon say bachayea … jo na srif haramkhor Shaitaan hain balkay tareekh inhay dunyea kay baray kameeno may shumaar karay gee. Please remember … JIT has made video of the confession … and thus all what is mentioned in JIT report, SC can confirm that from recorded videos … so, whatever is mentioned, it would be impossible to deny … and that is why PMLN was shouting that there should be no video recording … because in front of JIT, may confessed a lot and also faced Ghajini type amnesia attacks.

I have just a question… Is it oke for a prime minister of a VERY poor country to buy very expensive properties abroad? Isn’t this insane? Is this not wrong if one has healthy way of thinking and if someone is discussing that it is a conspiracy or jeaulisy or because he has **noorani **face then our prophet pbuh was right ke jaise log waise leader.

that my friend is logical and just question…
no politcian or any other govt official should have declared or undeclared asset out of country… be that children or property or cash or gold or shares…
there should be a law from election commission which ensures that no such asset is there and if found that member of assembly should be disqualified and should return all the perks and salaries and should be in jail for 6 months..
same applies on Govt employees ( army included)
PS: the word friend is used to balance the sentence.
