Lolz… Corruption is a wide spread word. But to be clear with you. Yes i am against where in a nation the leaders are super rich and the people are super poor. Where the poor man doesn´t have money to feed his family and the rich leader goes to celebrate Eid with his family to London. Where the poor can´t afford food and the rich leaders order special meat for their horse from foreign.
A true leader is one who sleeps with empty stomach because his nation does also. No i am not jeleaus sir.

The basics of justice is that everybody is presumed to be innocent until they are proven guilty in the court of law. It is up to the prosecution to prove the guilt.
If documents are being sought like bank statements then there is a time limit beyond which they are not legally to be kept by the account holder after the transaction.
Justice is blind and therefore everybody must be treated fairly and in the same manner, all people named in Panama should be dealt with in the same manner. PM should not be singled out alone, in fact his name did not even appear in the Panama leaks and his sons name appear who had been living abroad since he was exiled from Pakistan. His sons are non resident Pakistanis and not under any legal obligation to report their business activities abroad to Pakistani authorities.
Matters that have been legally investigated and tried in the courts cannot be reinvestigated again and again without any new evidence having emerged to change the facts of the matter.
There is no law that has been broken in the countries involved and the exercise is nothing but a witch hunt.

At the time when flats were purchased and offshore companies were established. Nawaz sharif´s sons were under aged. So we have to assume that they earned billions? Where is the logic? Kids can’t tell how they earned money and father says that he isn’t
the owner and wife of PM says they did buy the flats for kids in 90’s and every1 says we did buy in 2006 and some say we did rent it. Do u get it?
Off shore company is a construction to set up a another property behind like london flats to evade tax. It is legally in Panama but not in Pakistan.
Can u tell me if a sitting pm tells before the house that he has every document and proof of purchasement of london flats and later on he or his familiy cannot even produce single document?
And what about people here who loudly say that Supreme court judges are also corrupt and against Nawaz Sharif because he has noorani face.

You mean to say that if Haram-Khor Jahanumi corrupt government official or person holding government post, takes bribe or commission and than give it to his kids … than one cannot question that Haram-khor? … If a Haram-Khor Jahanumi corrupt government official kids become owner of properties and assets worth millions of dollars bought using money obtained from corruption of the haram-khor, than no one should ask question where the kids got money to buy such assets, just because assets are in the name of kids who is not government official and have no reason to give source of his money or income?

Anyhow, I live in UK and in UK, if an asset is made or even bank account holds money or money held at home, that is dubious (state has no idea where it came from), than state have every right to ask the source and trail of that assets, and freeze or confiscate that assets until source or money trail is produced, plus, if source is not produced than owner could even end up in prison.
No one can say to state that money and assets are all legal, so do not confiscate the asset and do not put me in prison on charges of holding corruption, drug or stolen money (or assets acquired by corruption, drug or stolen money). They cannot say to state that to prove that the assets or money they have is from corruption, drug or stolen … stating that until proven guilty, they are innocent.
Actually, if there are dubious ownership of asset or money, than holder is assumed guilty until holder proves that he is innocent, And that is Justice. On the other hand, to prove that one is innocent is not difficult if one is really innocent, so for honest and innocent person, such rule is not a big deal.
Worse case is when the holder held government post or public office, as then the person can be considered as corrupt and in any civilised world, corruption of government official or person holding public office (politicians in office), is consider worse than stealing or robbing. Thus, consequence and punishment for corruption of a person holding government post or public office is very severe … and no one can say that , they have unaccountable assets, but they are not guilty until proven guilty.
Innocent until proven guilty: Applies in situation where a crime is done but there is no proof or evidence that crime is done … (a crime is done but there is no result of the crime for anyone to see). But then, holding unaccountable asset or living beyond means, is prove itself.
As for proof of corruption crime: The biggest evidence of corruption crime (by government official or person holding public office) is holding unaccountable assets in own name or in the name of close relatives, kids or friends. Living beyond means also is proof of corruption. In other words, if State finds out that a government official or person holding public office accumulated unaccounted wealth (or living beyond means) that is much more than their earnings than that is sufficient proof of corruption.
In such situation, corrupt have to come clean (what judges asked NS to do regarding flats in London). If corrupt could not come clean (by providing money trail and legitimacy of assets) than corrupt goes to prison and all his assets should get confiscated by state (what would happen with NS, his kids, and later with many other corrupts of Pakistan … InshaAllah). … Well, if it was China, Korea or many other respectable countries, than corrupt would not go to prison, but would get hanged till death.
[In USA, any asset that police think has dubious origin, they (police) can seize that asset … and that is called: ‘civil asset forfeiture’. For owner to recover their seize assets, they have to prove to the court (or police) that forfeiture asset is acquired legally with legal money, and obviously for that, they have to give money trail, source, or income that is used to get those assets …
So, when it comes to corruption or crime money or assets acquired using corruption or crime money, there is no such thing what you are thinking … innocent until proven guilty … because in such situation, a person is considered guilty until he proves to court or police that he is innocent.]
As for Thug Nawaz, him (or his kids) holding unaccountable assets proves that he is guilty of corruption … and thus for him (thug Nawaz) to be seen as innocent, he has to prove in court that his assets are result of legal activities … hence him giving convincing money trial is must.

A family that was wealthy well before they entered politics, and even had businesses outside Pakistan in the 1970s is asked to justify how they can afford 3 or 4 flats in London, when even bureaucrats and their children have flats in London or other politicians who had nothing 20 years ago.
The children of Nawaz Sharif inherited the money from their grandfather who was never involved in politics after his death.
If you translate the wealth of the Nawaz Sharif family before they entered into politics and adjust if for normal inflation then they will still be billionaires in the present time so where is the unaccounted for wealth or living beyond their means?

What business they were doing in the 70’s except money laundering? Their grand father was bribing with two crores the then secretary industries in the sixties when federal sectary’s own salary was Rs 1000 per month during Ayub Khan’s regime. Why was he bribing a federal secretary with this huge amount and where did he get this amount just to get a licence? us waqt woh sirf lohay ka kabarhia tha aor loha apni bhatti main piglaya karta tha. What you are just saying that what those refugees used to sat when they came to Pakistan from India, claimed that they were all either nawab or wealthy land lords and elephants were guarding their gates.

I think, these Haram-khor corrupt thugs have made fool of you, that is all. Now, you do not even know what corruption is.
Riaz Malik or people like him, if they bribe to get their work done, than that is not corruption. They could be doing crime or bribing because they are forced to, as, if they do not bribe than their work would not be done, even if their work is legal.
So, what is corruption and who should get hanged due to corruption?
Corrupts are people who got entrusted with state power (government service or public offices) and they abuse state power entrusted to them for personal gains.
That means, government servants (civil servant) who misuse state power entrusted to them to enrich themselves (take bribe, commission or whatever) , use state power to grab land and national wealth, use state power to abuse others, use state power to reward themselves, their kids, friends and close relatives … they are all corrupts, and thus they should get hanged and their assets (in whosoever name that maybe) should get confiscated on behalf of state.
Same is about Politicians holding public offices (PM, minsters, Senators, MNAs, MPAs, etc), as they are also entrusted with certain state powers by people. So, as long as they do not misuse that power, they are fine, because that is what nation expect from them, not to misuse state power. But when they start misusing state power, using that power to influence others, enrich themselves, reward themselves, take commission, take or distribute permits for money and not on merit, bribes, grab national wealth, etc, etc, they should also be hanged and their entire wealth (in whosoever name that maybe) should be confiscated on behalf of state (nation).
These people are entrusted with state power by people of Pakistan, but by cheating and deceiving the people they become national criminals and deceiver of the people, and thus, they are Jahannumi too (burn in hell-fire forever after death), as on day of judgement they would have to pay each and every citizen of Pakistan with their good deeds because they cheated and deceived whole nation, nation who entrusted them (or they got entrusted on behalf of them) with state powers, Obviously, they could not have enough good deeds to pay the whole nation on judgement day, so, after loosing their good deeds, they would start taking bad deeds of the whole nation on themselves (to compensate for their corruption, deception and misusing power entrusted to them by nation).
That is why there is hadith that many people on day of judgement would be loaded with good deeds, but after accountability, all their good deeds would get distributed to people they harmed or deceived, and after loosing all their good deeds, people’s bad deeds would come to them as their good deeds would not be enough to compensate people they cheated and deceived. In the end, these unfortunate Dozakhi people would have no good deeds left and would get loaded with bad deeds. Hence, they would be thrown in hell to burn forever.
So remember, civilians cannot do corruption, they can bribe for personal benefit (crime) or due to Majboori. It is true that if they become partner in corruption, that is collude with corrupt officials in deceiving the state, then on judgement day, they would go to hell too … but in this world, they cannot get punished, as living in country of Corrupts (government officials and politicians in power), who abuse their power, a person can honestly claim that they do not want to bribe but got forced into that … hence they cannot be judged guilty.
One should remember that in country, corruption can only happen when people with state power … be they public (government) servant or public representative … are involved. If government functionaries (public servants and politicians in public offices) are not corrupt, then there would be no corruption.

It is duty of every nation that they should save themselves from corrupts, as these corrupt parasites destroy the country and bring immense misery, pain and injustices on nation. So, for any nation to advance forward, corrupts in that nation should get hanged and all their wealth/assets (be that in their own name, in the name of their kids, relatives or front-men) should get confiscated on behalf of nation.**

I think that any sincere effort to root out corruption has to involve accountability of public servants be they bureaucrats, judges or in the military. No corruption can take place in Pakistan without the connivance of the bureaucrats, however politicians are made the scapegoats of all corruption and their partners in crime are allowed to get away scot free.

Whoever ever held or hold public offices (as public servant or politicians), and have accumulated unaccountable wealth or living beyond their means … that is, they could not justify their wealth, assets or living … they should get hanged to death … and their entire wealth/assets (be that in their name, their kids, relatives or front-men name), should get confiscated on behalf of state to be spent on people.
So, job is easy. Start looking at the living standard and wealth of people who ever held public offices (government servants or politicians), then ask them source of their wealth. Give them some margin of error (for instance .. maybe 20 to 30 percent extra of what they can prove) … judge them, and if they are found holding more than they can (with respect to their inheritance or earning) than … treat them as corrupt, hang them and confiscate their wealth.
Remember: Corrupts harm the country and society more than any criminal or even traitors.
