i’m having the same problem! it’s actually getting worse day by day and i’ve never had this problem only since i have started the JD exercise plan.
i’m on level 3 and i stopped after my doctor advised me to give my knee a rest. he said it might be due to improper stretching! he’s referred me to the orthopedic so i’m waiting for my referral letter now.
i don’t in any way blame JD’s videos - as i think they’re great. i think maybe i wasn’t stretching properly.
