Started Level 2 yesterday and oh boy it is SOOO hard for me!
Allllll those plank positions drove me nuts... I was sweating like anything at the end.
Hopefully it will get better gradually, just like Level 1

I tried it for the first time yesterday. O dear God! I did extra warm up and cool down. But today, I wasn't able to sit or walk. I have been in pain all day. I am taking a couple days off. Well, until I get myself proper shoes for my flat feet.

It happened to me too… I was hobbling around for the first few days of starting Level 1.
But I kept on doing it through the pain and it got much much better by the 4th day…but before that i thought i was going to DIE!
Hang in there and don’t give up, it gets easier and less painful :slight_smile:

Well, **Amoureux](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/members/amoureux-de-la-vie.html), **I couldn’t walk, my legs were sooo stiff and painful. It was almost impossible to walk down the stairs… I had to hold on to the railing for dear life heehehehe

My arms were also painful and I was sooo much in pain that I couldn’t even peal an orange!

I had to take ibuprofen to get through the night.

Sooo, in a nutshell…it was HORRIBLE!!! :crying:

But, it got better gradually and by the 4th to 5th day I was much much better and the painful muscles were fine… and now I am on my 3rd day of Level 2:balley:

its no use taking time off to heal... unless you have a serious injury.. if its just burning muscles, you are meant to work through that just like JM says... i was dying on day 2... but i worked my way through the pain... didnt do the entire sets but did them still... by day 4 i was in much better shape..

if you keep giving yourself days off.. you will never get through the sore muscle phase.

I had sweat rolling off my nose and rolling from my forehead going into my eyes today when I worked out! :phati:

Its brutal!

What I am struggling with right now is my cravings for chocolate and junk food. :frowning:

its ok to have it now and then.. i know i did... will stop you from overloading on them when you DO break down....

lol.. you know... i was .. even a month into my pregnancy.. i didnt know i was pregnant ... its a long story .. you can read it in my blog when i do write bout it soon.... but hey.... even if your are ttc.. you can still do teh shred! i know some women stop working out when they are ttc....

I’ve fallen off the bandwagon since the last week :frowning:

My oldest got sick and had to stay home from school, then the younger one got sick, and then I got sick! :angry: So haven’t been able to do anything with a clingy baby :frowning:

And then I had some good ol’ burger and fries. They’re sooo tempting after a week of eating good :stuck_out_tongue:

I finally did it this morning, it was a good work out! the only thing, I was afraid of all the jumping and bouncing. I live in an apartment building and oftentimes I can hear noises from other apartments upstairs and all, so i was afraid of making too much noise wiht the jumping :hinna:

I’ve started the 30 day shred as well!
It’s wierd cos I’m not feeling all that painful, the first day was totally pain free, when I did it the second time it became slightly painful, mostly just the back thigh muscles. Today is my third day and I simply just did some yoga moves for stretching out at the end and I feel much better now.
Do you think it’ll work for me even though I’m not going through all that pain that you guys are going through? :confused:

Well congrats dear khawa...have a happy, healthy pregnancy and a happy healthy baby :)
Do look for exercises that you can do during pregnancy and continue... you will definitely feel healthier if you do and hopefully you won't have any of those killer back aches if you keep your back and tummy muscles strong.
