If I were you I would continue with the workout, perhaps you’ll see changes a little later in the areas you are concerned about. Other than this try to add an abs workout, there are several 8 min ab videos on youtube. If you still don’t see a major change after doing all this then you need more cardio. I believe adding just about 5-10 minutes will help tremendously.
