@MsAshoo

Hi,

I really don’t want to go through 39 pages and find out there is no link to download the workout. But I am in dire need to lose weight. I tried going to the gym but I can’t manage to go as often as I should. Cannot spend money to buy the DVD. So does anyone have the link to download free workouts like Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, Insanity or PX90. Anything that helps. Please!!

There are many of her full workout DVDs on youtube. Just search for Jillian Michaels on youtube and apply the 20 min filter option.
