Oh wow! Thanks again Jatti. I am also going to start Tony Horton’s Ten Minute Trainer workout from BeachBody. That stuff is intense. I tried it twice last week & had a sore body last me for 2 days. It says 10 minute workout but it really pumps you up.

For now I am just gonna do the cardios. I am thinking I’ll order this & mix & match different things for different days.
