Use cans of food… Anything that weighs bout 3lbs…And u can hold in ure hand to work out… Vaxcuum pipe maybe? Na that wont be 3lbs… Look around the house…

^ If you have canned foods (chick peas, tomato paste, etc) those work as well. Just make sure your careful with them.
But man this lady really works you out. I workout at the gym once in a while for 45 mins and don’t get as tired as she exhausted me in literally 5 mins.

Hmmm, most of the cans of food I have at home are less than 3 lbs. I did find two 2L juice bottles with handles. I think I’ll fill them up with water and use them for the time being, until I get the opportunity to purchase real weights. 2 L of water weigh somewhere around 2 kg I think? So that’s around 4.4 lbs. Thank you for the advice.
