Re: JILLIAN MICHAELS 30 DAY SHRED

My dear Amoureux, go for it!!!

You can cry , rant:hbk:, blow your top:aj:, sulk and then eventually celebrate :shoaby:and we’ll be right here for you through out!!!

@Amoureux_de_la_vie

You guys make me want to try it again. But how will I survive the pain in those first 5 days? I haven’t been working out since early November and even then, all I did was cardio.

My “first” (and so far last) was with 5 lbs. dumbbells. Lol, I thought I could take it. IN MY FACE!

I am thinking of starting again without any weights and build my way up from there.

I need LOTS of support and motivation, ladies, especially when it starts hurting.
