you ahve to remain consistent… otherwise its no use and self control… practice it… light on the lips, heavy on the hips… just htink of it like this.. i worked like a dog to lose that 1 pound.. do i really want to gain it back and let my hard work go to waste? that shoudl help

yes thats one problem with me i am not consistent. anyway i am trying it again now . will see where can i find dvd, actually i recenlty moved to Doha so have to look around for it.but u really doing a good job and u motivated many of us , thanks.
