i know exactly what you talking about, one of my best friend she is from jammu kashmir and she wore it for her wedding. there is a shop in stockport road manchester where you can get so many variations of them. they can be bit elaborated or something like nargis fakhri wore in rockstar. we spent a whole lot time to find them, in the end find it in that shop. my friend wore something similar to this pic btw.

I found some examples in a Pakistani serial. I don’t know if it is infact a Kashmiri ghoongat but it looks quite similar. Sorry about the poor image quality.
