Re: Jewellery - Kashmiri/Pathani ghoonghat jhoomar-tikka?

Hmm… that is certainly interesting but not the jewellery I was talking about.

Re: Jewellery - Kashmiri/Pathani ghoonghat jhoomar-tikka?

rosetta - perhaps you can ask your friend to share her wedding pictures and hide her face for her if she chooses to remain anonymous?

I would have done the same had I known the bride whom I saw wearing the beautiful piece, however from what I gather she is now sadly divorced :(

The closest piece of jewellery I have come across so far that resembles a Kashmiri/Pathani ghoonghat jhoomar-tikka…

Will still keep an eye out for something more to the point.

Here is what I thought of when you described the headpiece, but I may be wrong but here it is anyways:

^this one is most likely not what you were looking for but I just put it in case.

Okay so the above pictures must have been wrong but here is something that closely resembles the example picture you up:

Re: Jewellery - Kashmiri/Pathani ghoonghat jhoomar-tikka?

Yes, except with longer hanging chains.

But by far, the seez phool or seiz phool is the closest match to what I was looking for… very pretty
