Do you ever feel that twinge of jealousy? You could be jealous of someone’s new car, or them meeting Mr/Mrs. Right perhaps, or maybe better grades at school? It could be your best friend, a cousin or even a sibling. What I’m talking about is not the bitter, rivalry kind of jealous, but just that feeling you may get at times.

I think that at some point in our lives, we are all guilty of it.

hmdl aint jealous that much…thougghhhhh i do get a bit jealous when i see my fiancé talkin a bit to long with another gurl or him givin attention to other gurls etc but the rest not really a jealous type :hihi:

Yep, at times have felt it over lil things. I don't think you can escape it really and never ever get it unless you happen to be a saint, it's part of human nature. If, I do I try to think of nice things about that person to fight the jealousy and say Mashallah so the feeling will go away.

I think we all feel that to some extent--for some it can be a factor that motivates them, someone to look up to. For others...it can quickly destroy them.

I don't that often, but actually recently I did! And it was exactly as you described, in that it wasn't a rivalry thing at all, the consequence of their event wouldn't be right for me anyhow, but it felt weird. I actually felt terrible for feeling that way so unnecessarily when I was genuinely happy for them.

i do sometimes.. when i c someone really dressed up... i get the urge to stare at them lol
4 some reason, I like making a (not so close) friend of mine jealous.. idk y.. she always trys to compare herself to me and i get annoyed and make her jealous

i think it's a very negative trait and attracts all the other negative emotions too. envious people are always frustrated, provoked, depressive, insecure, fake...argh! guaranteed bad mood-makers. i don't like them..

I do get jealous, sometimes. Its part of the human nature.

i feel jealousy at times but i try my best to never ever act on it or say smtng about it.

But it really saddens me that sometimes people not only destroy themselves in jealousy but also the person they are jealous of. jealousy, I believe, destroys any form of sincerity.

Jealous people are troublesome to others but a torment to themselves. <--- my facebook status a few weeks ago.

When I get that tinge of envy...I kill it. I dont think Ive run into anyone that I would rather be to this day. Im not saying Im amazing. But jahan kisi ko Allah tala ne kuch diya vahan kuch nahin diya. There isnt a perfect person out there. So, if you have one flaw...you also have a quality to balance it out. And SO DO THEY.

Sure, there are things I wish I could fix about myself but they're all within my control and knowing that makes me feel better.

I have no reason to be jealous of any one. I am have so much that, I am looking to give back.

The secret to success is due to the divine providence of Allah and hard work, as simple as that.

Allah has made us differently, our fate is different, our rizq is different.. you have something I don't, I have something you don't. Glass is either half full or half empty, depends which way you wanna see it.
