Re: Jamaat
they are bunch of fanatics who are preaching hatred against other sect’s. It’s that simple.
Re: Jamaat
^ could u please answer my question?? how many subjected you to their hatred? did they ever coerce you or treat you badly?
Re: Jamaat
NomiCA, I have interacted, observed, experienced, talked, conversed, with many such cases if thats what you are asking. My opinion is not emotion and impulse based :)
But as Faris bhai said there are Jamats with good agendas too, thats why I said earlier that one has to be careful in his/her decision about becoming a part of any Jamat.

treat me badly, nope they don't have enough influence yet. They are belong to the corner of the chowks to stop people and ask them the First Kalima.. lol.. is it changed ?
the whole Tabiligi movement with roots to Deobandi school of thought is just sick. Number's .. hmm.. well not precisely more then 10 i would say.
Re: Jamaat

I hope it is.......because i have experienced otherwise......and i hope that its not ur religious affiliation with a 'sect' different than theirs that causes u to say those things..
Re: Jamaat

That couldn't be further from the truth from what I've seen. I think you might be confusing them with someone else. I've heard their talks for years, and I can't think of a single instance where they've promoted hatred against anyone.
Re: Jamaat
for all i know.....adherents of the barailvi sect are against the tableeghi jamaat due to their sect being 'deobandi'......
Re: Jamaat
I know people who are well educated, successful and working in different walks of life.
inspiring thing is that i have never heard any hatred against any islamic school of thought. their willingness of acceptance of each person of any faith make it more cool.
Junaid Jamshed, Saeed Anwar, Saqlain Mushtaq, Inzimam, Muhammad Yousuf, and so many celebrities are associated with it.

that's the problem, all of these celebrities left their professions and now wanted to live in jungle. That's the only problem i have with organized organizations like Jammat, Muslim Brotherhood ..and etc..etc.. they are not creating Muslims who are having normal life - they are just creating hypocrites.
Re: Jamaat
Posting Ghamdis videos in religious context is like posting Meera Ji’s videos in PA forum
Re: Jamaat
and what does it show? there are some guys walking around in a building…so?

NomiCA, I respect All faiths, beliefs within Islam and outside the boundary of Islam. However, I have no sympathy and respect for those who teach intolerance and sectarian hatred, in the guise of religion.
Re: Jamaat
How did you come to such a conclusion from that video?
Re: Jamaat
Junaid Jamshed = he is still in his profession and reciting hamds, naat and nasheeds
Saeed Anwar = He had already spent his prime time in cricket
Saqlain Mushtaq = he is recently finished his job with surrey county cricket
Inzimam = all time best batsman during his peak
Muhammad Yousuf he is included in word cup 2011
Re: Jamaat

did you see a single person with different color of clothes or without having daarhi .. - jammat is like making dumb people who think darhi and having shalwar up (gangsta style) is starting of becoming a Muslim. These bunch of loony have no taste for life.. culture, music, art .... well i don't much of their beliefs.. but here is the questions:
1) what jammat think of music?
2) What jammat think of art (drawing, picture, statues..etc..etc.)
3) What is Jammat think of sex education for kids?
4) What is jammat think of camera and taking pictures?
5) What is jammat think of using internet or other means of social networking tools?
6) What is jammat think of watching tv?
Re: Jamaat
Mushtaq Ahmed is just popped up in my mind. he recently is/was coaching in county cricket.
Re: Jamaat
that’s one way of thinking, guess what most of Meera Ji’s vidoes are pretty good then compare to huge lot of so-called scholars.
also include veena malik videos too, pretty steamy they are :k:
Re: Jamaat
Jammat is more liberal in term of integrity and always away from any kind of divide within ummah.
