The film is called Chocolate. Stars some weird looking actors…
And now, do check out these tracks from this film…
Zehreeli Raatein – which is a note by note rip of Aadat, but aint even close to it…
And Abrar’s Bheega December gets the ultimate cheesy treatment in guess what – Bheega Bheega December – yup, they couldnt even bother changing the lyrics!!
As they say, Imitation is the best form of flattery, and now Pak music is taking over Bollywood!
Re: Jal's Aadat and Abrar's Bheega December RIPPED in a bolly soundtrack!
Nikhil25, as it goes, I don't really bother what goes on in Bollywood until someone alerts me to some of their shenanigans. Don't worry man, nobody really gives a hoot. It doesn't really take a rocket scientist to figure that Pak music is wayy, wayy superior...
And how is it an "obession"-- is that some weird kind of Indlish phraseology?
Re: Jal's Aadat and Abrar's Bheega December RIPPED in a bolly soundtrack!
The overall soundtrack is pretty good of chocolate. I bought the soundtrack a week back and i heard both songs...but I was too lazy to point it out here about the copied tracks. But nonetheless...its a pretty good soundtrack...especially the song "halka halka sa yeh nasha." do have a listen to that song...u'll be addicted.
Re: Jal’s Aadat and Abrar’s Bheega December RIPPED in a bolly soundtrack!
I agree. Rip nahin RAPE I mean the Abrar ul Haq track was really cool…it was awesome, with a cool nice flute. When I heard this Indo version I felt like throwing up, I mean the weird way it’s sung it’s so awful…and then its BLASPHEMOUS to even touch Aadat!
Someone should sue these a$$h*les. Or more like give them the kutt treatment, if ya know what I mean…
Re: Jal's Aadat and Abrar's Bheega December RIPPED in a bolly soundtrack!
Some years ago when Annu Malik began stealing tunes from Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan's compositions, the late Majrooh Sultanpuri, in an interview to the Indian Express called Malik "Anpadh Gadha." The one man who made a huge song and dance about Majrooh Saheb's description of Malik was Mahesh Bhatt - sadly no one has called him a petty pornographer yet.
Re: Jal's Aadat and Abrar's Bheega December RIPPED in a bolly soundtrack!
How pathetic of the Indians, can they not just praise good music from pakistan instead of copying it and destroying. i haven't heard this copy of Abrar's December yet but i seriously am annoyed. I love that song, imbeciles, annoying little plebs!!!!!
Re: Jal's Aadat and Abrar's Bheega December RIPPED in a bolly soundtrack!
^^ Certainly far more angelic than your average Indo musicians. Name me one hit in the past 10 yrs which was a rip off. Typical humble Paki BS!
And yes maliaka, they are way way too smart to praise Pak music. Though Jal's Aadat is currently one of the popular tracks there, unlike the RABID Pakistani critics [who just love to prove how smart they are] you won't find ANY of their music critics saying that they copied a Pakistani song. That's coz most of 'em hate that country and anything which goes with it -- they can't even admit when they rip our stuff of coz that would make THEM look bad! I think you can make that from the Indos on this forum too.
Re: Jal’s Aadat and Abrar’s Bheega December RIPPED in a bolly soundtrack!
Sir ji its not about HIT songs. Pakistanis have stolen tunes and lyrics in past decade. Do you think Zehreeli Raatain will be a HIT? LoL.
It has been a recent trend (3-4 years) when our musicians concentrated on creativity rather than inspirations. Songs like ‘Tujhay dekha tu yeh jana sanam’, ‘Tarap tarap ke iss dil se’ etc which some of our musicians ripped off very immaturely.
It is not about being humble. It is about being realistic.
p.s Though It is rumored that KK (who sang Zehreeli Raatain) had asked Atif (when he was in India) abuot this song. Though it is just a rumor. But what a sick rip off seriuosly
Re: Jal's Aadat and Abrar's Bheega December RIPPED in a bolly soundtrack!
Oh get off it Saby, you and your "realism". I've never heard the Tujhey Dekha Tau Yeh whatever rip-off -- even if they did copy it, it never got to the mainstream. However, here we're talking about Pakistani music which has been ripped in the mainstream Indian industry. JJ's Woh Kaun Thee, Abrar's Billo, NFAK [that guy ouught to take the record for the most plagiarised artist of the world], Nur Jehan, Hadiqa Kiyanni....is there anyone left really? They've ripped off so many Lollywood tunes. Pakistani plagiarism is mostly restricted lollywood music and it barely sells. However, the real deal is that bollywood is ripping Pak music to make oodles and oodles of money, Pakistani artists have rarely resorted to such tactics. When did JJ copy some bolly tune...or Ali Zafer..or Haroon,Fakhir,Abida Parween...I can think of any random artist and they've always created original music.
