and if you dont have arms, simply gather up and attack the police stations and get your people out… Imran Khan way…
so why should MQM, ANP, PPP or Nationalist and other parties no allowed to do so?

A completely unarmed man goes to the police station and says release all the party workers, they are innocent. You have no FIR, no evidence against them therefore the detention is illegal. The police without putting any protest releases the men and this is consider a jail break? Time to change your channel and read a thing or two about jail breaks.

Police have no right to arrest ordinary citizen for no legal reason ... and unfortunately that is what Pakistan police are doing, illegally arresting citizen to make illegal government of NS happy.
When government uses police to illegally arrest civilians then jail break is first step. If this behaviour of government and police would continue than instead of breaking jails, people would be justified to pick up arms and kill or fill the jails with corrupt police and government officials. Issi ko kahtay hain 'jaisee karni waisee bharni'. If that would start then no place would be safe for police or people who are using police illegally.

If police arrest some one , They will have to produce him before court within 24 hours . If he is un-lawfully arrested , court will release the person , court itself can take action or such person can make a complaint . Any Gullu Butt doesn't have right to decide himself that the arrest is right or wrong .
