Ok so in 2007 up till 2009-: Summertime, I was a perfect size 10 i cud even fit into a size 8! (uk) Thats how slim i was, and i luvved it! ![]()
Ok since august 2008 til almost all of 2009 i’ve been eating ALOT of subways. And all i get is cheese mayo and salad.
All of a sudden out the blue, my belly expanded and now its jus blobby, and my legs and bum have become huge. Etc. I’ve only jus realised that its because of subway. CHEESE AND MAYO! bad bad bad! My brother cudnt stop laughing at how dumb i was!
Anyway.. Now im a size12 sometimes a 14. I am obviously gutted about it. There was only one bonus with gaining weight… I think you know what?.. Yep moving on… I was wondering what wud be the BEST way to get a nice toned belly again, Sometimes ill do like 100 situps but it doesnt budge, I’ve done aqua aerobics. I only have 2 meals a day now.I rarely snack only once a week ill have crisps or something. Drinks loads of water.
I wanna join the gym now, and i was wondering wud that machine i think its called a rowing machine do any difference to my belly? Or what other machines cud i blast to loose this horrible jelly belly! Please help me. ![]()

U gotta do alot of cardio (running, walking, dancing, aerobics, cycling, jumping jacks). There are other ab exercises that are more effective than crunches or situps..but none of those will work if u dont do cardio.

I do alot of dancing, But im jus wondering will the 'rowing machine' actually make a SLIGHT difference atleast?

Forget crunches and machines. Intense Cardiovascular exersices is your answer. Workout for atleast half an hour everyday (better if morning). Strart with 15 mins of straddle jump (break it in the 3 sets of 5 mins each with 30 seconds rest in between) followed by 15 mins of light but non-stop jogging. Continue it for atleast 10 days and results are bound to come. Meantime, you are to avoid the way to subway.
