I am cursed with overly observational eyes. Back when I was still a student, I used to own a blog where I would post before and afters of ppl I suspected had work done on their face. I no longer have that kind of time or patience but that doesn’t mean I am not noticing recent changes to peoples faces. Right now I’ll only be dropping hints but may follow up with comparison pix of ppl who’ve clearly had work done this year
This girl’s first big hit was a drama last year where she was in a supporting role as a disturbed albeit spoilt girl whose dad takes a second wife. Recently I’ve noticed that her nose looks very straight and well defined. It still appears a little swollen so I suspect she recently got a nose job. Her nose actually looks great now so I am curious who her surgeon is
This lady was the lead in a drama last year( or maybe two years ago) and played a single mother who falls in love with a friend. I recently saw her in a new drama in a supporting role where she looks at least 5 years younger because her thick eye bags are gone. Eye bag removal surgery is so freakin common in Pakistan that a friends mom even got it.

I think her name is shazia naz. She was in Mera pehla pyar and now is playing a supporting role in mausam as the hero's friend ( who also happens to lurrve him )
Is anyone watching the drama Laa? What the heck happened to Sadia Khan? She was beautiful in Khuda aur Muhabbat but now her lips, cheeks, nose all look terr… she looks like a different person!
Sarah Khan?? Who cares about Z-listers. I think your observational eyes missed the fact that Sanam Saeed's nose has changed in the promo pics for this new drama that were posted on this forum (cant seem to find them).
Haven't seen Sanam since zindigi gulzar hai and I don't watch commercials. Will have to check it out. Sarah attended Ayezas wedding so noticed her there. The girl who played Sanams sister in zindigi gulzar also attended the wedding and looked very different. She may her done something to her nose but then again she was plastered in makeup in that pic and pretty unrecognizable
This is what Maryam Nawaz Shareef looked like pre (from what little I can make out) nose job, upper lip plumping, laser skin resurfacing, and in all probability lipo or even face contouring and a team of competent stylists/makeup artists. I remember when NS was in power in the 90s she was gori chitti, hati katti cute in a strictly androon Lahore Kashmiri family style and now she can give any model/actress under the sun a run for her money. I could be wrong and it could be someone else (hell it doesn’t look remotely like her) like a sister in the before photo so someone with another shot is welcome.
^ and let’s not forget the laser resurfacing/ chemical peels. I dint see any signs of the acne scarring.
okay posting a few pix of shazia naz. I am not posting the obvious/ old plastic surgery victims nor am I spending hours finding before/after pix of similar angles, light, and resolution coz I did that for a good four years on my blog and it can be exhausting.
Heres shazia before. Notice the heavy under eye bags. Despite heavy makeup and lighting, they are glaringly obvious. These are fat deposits under the eyes.
Here is the after. Eye bag removal surgery is fairly simple. I’ve seen a few on discovery health. They essentially remove the fat deposit from under the eye lid. No incision is required as the probe can be entered from the eye lid. A side effect of removing the fat deposit is excessive under eye lines. This occurs when the under eye skin cannot shrink back.
someone commented that sanam saeed has gotten a nose job. Errm No. Here are pix of her from last week.these are behind-the-scenes pix from some shoot. Doesn’t appear altered at all.If her nose appears slimmer in professional shoots/videos, it could be post processing editing/ makeup or even lighting.
