Doesn’t appear altered at all.If her nose appears slimmer in professional shoots/videos, it could be post processing editing/ makeup or even lighting.

This is what Maryam Nawaz Shareef looked like pre (from what little I can make out) nose job, upper lip plumping, laser skin resurfacing, and in all probability lipo or even face contouring and a team of competent stylists/makeup artists. I remember when NS was in power in the 90s she was gori chitti, hati katti cute in a strictly androon Lahore Kashmiri family style and now she can give any model/actress under the sun a run for her money. I could be wrong and it could be someone else (hell it doesn’t look remotely like her) like a sister in the before photo so someone with another shot is welcome.

WOW!!! Amazing find. And you are right she looks like a supermodel now. Well, I guess something needed to be done to keep Capt. Safdar from losing interest.
