Re: It really happens, Muslims are not welcome in Delhi
That’s a misconception- and a very gross one to boot.
The only state that can be said to have a ‘public’ agitation for separation- is Kashmir. And even there, public polls conducted by neutral third sources- like the BBC, show a majority- 60& want to stay with India.
You could go to any of the northeastern states, and while there is occasional anger against the AFSPA, most people are content to live with India. Knowing full well that the alternative is to lie encircled by China, perhaps to be subsumed by it and that their prospects for economic growth lie with the 8-10% annually developing country, rather than individually. This is true for certain parts of Tibet also.
No matter how bad the insurgency, how volatile, we have never allowed a part of the country to break off with the union. Doing so would be political suicide, for any individual, or any party.
What we have done to each other over the years is part of that great proxy game all neighboring countries engage in. But, apart from recently, India has shown tremendous restraint over the years- partly, due to its own apathy, partly due to incompetence and partly due to the pressures of in’l politics.
good luck because when one goes the rest will follow like domino effect also you claim india has shown restraint ? india is fully involved it even trying to woo afghanistan as much as possible it has shown no restraint what you talking about.
