It is a Man’s world.

If we look at the history including latin novels such as of Shakespears and etc,

One may clearly see 99% of the women fulfilling three roles:

  1. Housewives
  2. Slaves
  3. Sexually promiscuous women (Sorry, that is the most polite word I could come up with)

Even upto world war 2, that was the basic setup. Since so many men died in war that in order to run their respective countries, the women HAD to come out and we all know once they got out, they never went back. :stuck_out_tongue:

Now, all the modern, enlightened women may scream their lungs out, rave, rant, declaim extravagantly and deny by countering the arguement that women are equal and there is nothing that a woman is not capable of doing better than a man and blah blah blah but still ladies, admit it:

by and large, women do live by the rules which men have made.

One such example being almost all major instituitions have a far greater number of executives/decision makers/policymakers are men.

Having said that:

How about we debate on this topic keeping Pakistan in mind and roles of Pakistani men and Pakistan women that each play including challenges, accomplishments and barriers and how true the topic is when it comes to Pakistan.

Disclaimer: Not intended to be a sexist flamer. Intended for a peacefully " funny" debate.

I guess I have to start....Seems like in Pakistan, it is a woman's world....

The Pakistani boys are given resonsibility for all the external household related works, they have to study, have to get a good job, have to be cute too and only then some girl says yes if they get lucky.

The girls stay home, have more time to study and usualy get better grades then boys, and approve some dude after rejecting quite a few.
