No one denied that, ofcourse ip5 users can carry an extra battery too. You said yourself you weren’t comparing with iphone earlier as you haven’t had the same experience of carrying an iphone4/5 on such trips. So, how do you know it would’ve lasted you longer? Bottom line is smartphones in general (not just S3 or iphones) don’t have a long enough battery life.
