If Jamat want implementation of blasphemy law, they mean its implementation through govt. They dont suggest average people take law in their hands. Also as I have already said, if you really want to live with peace, you would not insult prophets of other religions. Asia bibi's case in court suggesting people have not taken law into their hands.
