I think we have come to the extent of this particular discussion. I think our Ismaili members should open another thread on the beliefs of Ismailis. That is a topic that I would like to discuss. The question of this thread however was not really possible to answer because I do not believe any of us here are necessarily members of the Pak government, especially we are not members of the past regimes which means the answers can only be guesses.
I have tried to answer in accordance to the perception of Ismailis by others, but it seems the Ismailis do not like that type of answer. Perhaps the best answer is that from the Ismailis ... the reason why Pak goverment did not declare the Ismailis as kafir is because Allah (SWT) chose it to be that way.
