if fridays qutba n a new zakir's speech is more spiritual n impressive than my imam's farman, then why's there chaos against the "islamic" regime of your beloved iran?? or why's there violence in iraq and lebanon (rlated to shia commanders) for that matter?? why aren't all 12ers living in peace as taught by our beloved Huzoor (S.A.W) and all the Aima (A.S)??

as far as fiqh is concerned, we follow the imam who has the noor of previous imams.. so if any pevious imam had works of fiqh, we naturally follow that imam's works on fiqh, shariah etc..
also, some of the things are changed by imams during their imamats like the way we pray etc..
