The Quran introduced a number of different rights and restrictions on matters of inheritance, including general improvements to the treatment of women and family life. The Quran also presented efforts to fix the laws of inheritance, and thus forming a complete legal system.
Inheritance is considered as an integral part of Shariah Law and its application in Islamic society is a mandatory. Muslims inherit from one another as stated in the Quran Hence, there is a legal share for relatives of the decedent in his estate and property. The major rules of inheritance are detailed in Quran, Hadees and Fiqah.
When a Muslim dies there are four duties which need to be performed. They are:
Pay funeral and burial expenses.
Pay debts.
Execute the testamentary will of the deceased (which can only be a maximum of one third of the property).
Distribute the remainder of estate and property to the relatives of the deceased according to Shariah Law.
The Quran contains three verses (4:11, 4:12 and 4:176) which give specific details of inheritance and shares.
The prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) was indeed illiterate. This fact of history will not change even if Muslims or non-Muslims wish it to change.
A man’s ability to write his full name does not prove that he is a literate person.
Some non Muslims in order to prove their point “that the prophet is not illiterate” they go ahead and twist words out of their meaning and give the words meaning they never had. The Quran acknowledges that the prophet could neither read nor write
Some people think that to say Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) an illiterate is an insult, obviously they don’t know the difference between illiterate and ignorant as literate people can be very ignorant and illiterate people can be highly educated, while the fastest and easiest way to gain knowledge is by reading, it is not the only way you can gain knowledge by listening too.
And Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) said.
Abu Dharr reported:
The Prophet (saw) said, 'Shall I tell you the words that Allah loves the most?' I said, 'Yes, tell me, O Messenger of Allah.' He said, 'The words dearest to Allah are, subhan Allah wa bi hamdihi(Glorified is Allah with all praise to Him')
Narrated by Muslim and Tirmidhi.
And whoever opposes the Messenger after guidance has become clear to him and follows other than the way of the believers - We will give him what he has taken and drive him into Hell, and evil it is as a destination. (115)
Disbeliever oppose way of messenger and believer, they will be in hell fire

The nation was called Bani Israel (Children of Israel) because these people were the descendants of Prophet Yaqoub (A.S), whose title was “Israel”.
I think thats wahy Hazrat Isa a.s. addressed his nation as “O people of Israel”.
Allah admitted Eve and Adam to Paradise and permitted them to approach and enjoy everything except one tree. Adam was however a human being and man tends to forget. His heart changes and his will weakens. Iblis summoned all the envy within him and took advantage of Adam’s humanity to exploit him. He started to whisper to him day after day, coaxing him: “Shall I guide you to the Tree of Immortality and the Eternal Kingdom?” He said to them: “Your Lord did not forbid you this tree save you should become angels or become of the immortals.” He (Satan) swore by Allah to them both saying: “Verily I am one of the sincere well wishers for you both.” [Ch 7:20-21]
Humary Nabi PBUH illustrate thy. darasal Sahaba r.a., ne agreement paper pr “Rasool Allah” likha tha jis pr mushrakeen-e-Makka to problem thi. Woh keh rahy thy ke “Rasool Allah” ko agreement se cut kr do. Koi bhi Sahabi Ishq-e-Rasool mein aisa karny ko tayar na tha.Tab humary Nabi PBUH ne aik sahabi se qalam maanga or kaha ke mujeh batao ke “Rasool Allah” kidhar likha howa hy. Jab app PBUH ko bataya giya to app PBUH ne “Rasool Allah” pr aik cut ki line mar di.
Yeh hay asal haqeeqat jis ko aaj bhi dushmanan-e-Islam kehtain hain ke unho ne “Ibn Abdullah” likha tha.
The nation was called Bani Israel (Children of Israel) because these people were the descendants of Prophet Yaqoub (alayh as-salaam), whose title was “Israel”.

Shaytaan did manage to tempt both Adam (pbuh) and Hawwa to eat the fruit of the forbidden tree. Being humans, their curiosity got the better of them: “But Shaytaan whispered to him saying, ‘O’ Adam, shall I show you the tree of immortality and power that does not waste away?’” (Chapter 20, Verse 120) The Quran tells us that after eating the fruit both Adam (pbuh) and Hawwa noticed they had become naked. Realising they had been tricked by Shaytaan they desperately tried to cover their nakedness with leaves from the trees
And ask them about the town that was by the sea - when they transgressed in [the matter of] the sabbath - when their fish came to them openly on their sabbath day, and the day they had no sabbath they did not come to them. Thus did We give them trial because they were defiantly disobedient. (163)
And when they forgot that by which they had been reminded, We saved those who had forbidden evil and seized those who wronged, with a wretched punishment, because they were defiantly disobeying. (165)

And for you is half of what your wives leave if they have no child. But if they have a child, for you is one fourth of what they leave, after any bequest they [may have] made or debt. And for the wives is one fourth if you leave no child. But if you leave a child, then for them is an eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt. And if a man or woman leaves neither ascendants nor descendants but has a brother or a sister, then for each one of them is a sixth. But if they are more than two, they share a third, after any bequest which was made or debt, as long as there is no detriment [caused]. [This is] an ordinance from Allah, and Allah is Knowing and Forbearing. (12)
They request from you a [legal] ruling. Say, "Allah gives you a ruling concerning one having neither descendants nor ascendants [as heirs]." If a man dies, leaving no child but [only] a sister, she will have half of what he left. And he inherits from her if she [dies and] has no child. But if there are two sisters [or more], they will have two-thirds of what he left. If there are both brothers and sisters, the male will have the share of two females. Allah makes clear to you [His law], lest you go astray. And Allah is Knowing of all things. (176)
