Re: Islamic form of government
The slump began a few centuries ago. The Islamic Empries reached their peak in the 16th century. It was downhill after that because of the reformations within Christian Europe that encouraged learning, progess, religous freedom, tolerance, commerce and innovation. Those are the things that will determine the great civiliations of the future as well - not strict, dogmatic, fundamentalist phillosophies.
