What should I prepare for travelling in Islamabad?
Furthermore, how much money should I prepare for this travel about one week?
Is it enough $30 per day for lodging?
Is it enough $10 per day for personal meal?

Can't say much about hotels.
Good food will cost more than 10 dollars.
And most importantly, if you do not know anyone who can take you around, it will take you lot of time to see all the places. Weather is cold these days.
