how can you say that? indian army attacked kashmir first in 1947 whereas pak did not send its official army. just some tribesmen
indian army also attacked kargil first and we decided not to respond. there were some mujahaideen there but no pak army
indian army also attacked pakistan in 1965 first and we just defended
indian army also attacked east Pakistan first in 1971 and we had to surrender very shamefully
and most recently indian army attacked pakistan on LOC to conduct surgical strikes within 3KM of Pak’s land which caused a lot of embarrassment for Pak globally

If india is always attacking first than why not we also attack them rather than playing dirty game of making these monsters. who are now biting us hard.
